Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Dock & Door, a division of Prime Material Handling Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit primedockdoor.com (the "Site") or contact us for service. We are committed to handling your information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
When you submit our quote/service request form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us, which may include your name, phone number, email address, facility address, and details about the equipment or service you need.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information, which may include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the date and time of your visit, the referring website, and advertising identifiers such as the Google Click Identifier (GCLID) and UTM campaign parameters. Much of this information is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiries, prepare quotes, and schedule and deliver dock and door services;
- To contact you about your request, including by phone, email, or text;
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
- To measure the performance of our website and marketing, and to understand how visitors find and use the Site;
- To deliver, measure, and improve our advertising (including Google Ads conversion measurement), where you have consented; and
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
We collect, use, and disclose your personal information with your consent, which may be express or implied depending on the sensitivity of the information and the circumstances. By submitting our form, you consent to being contacted by us about your request. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice (see Section 9).
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary & security — required for the Site to function and to keep it secure.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, helps us understand site usage so we can improve it.
- Advertising — Google Ads helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising and reach relevant audiences.
When you first visit the Site, a banner lets you Accept or Decline analytics and advertising cookies. We use Google Consent Mode, so until you accept, analytics and advertising storage are disabled by default. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies and the "pm_consent" setting for this Site, which will cause the banner to appear again.
5. Enhanced Conversions & Sharing With Google
If you consent to advertising cookies and you submit our form, we may share a hashed (irreversibly encrypted) version of your email address and/or phone number with Google to measure advertising conversions ("Enhanced Conversions"). This data is hashed in your browser before it is transmitted and is used by Google solely to match conversions to ad interactions. If you do not consent, this information is not shared for advertising measurement.
6. Service Providers & Third Parties
We share personal information with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Google LLC — Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (analytics and advertising). See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data.
- Formspree — processes and delivers our contact form submissions to us.
- Vercel — hosts and delivers the Site.
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to the service providers above, to other parties with your consent, or where required or permitted by law.
7. International Transfers
Some of our service providers are located in the United States or other countries. As a result, your personal information may be processed and stored outside of Canada and may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions, including lawful access by courts, law enforcement, and government authorities.
8. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and request a copy;
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Withdraw your consent to our collection, use, or disclosure of your information; and

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
10. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
